    Notes:

    Emotional intelligence;
    Being aware of your emotions and know how to deal with difficult things

    Suppressing emotions is like pretending that you don’t have a problem

    First of all, dedicate a little amount of time through out the day to moan or cry to yourself e.g 5 minutes, so IDENTIFY your emotions and ALLOW yourself to feel them so you have compartmalized, managed and organized it. You then have to make a shift by changing the gear and focus on something else so it’s Shutting out emotional distraction and focusing elsewhere

    Emotional dumping can affect others around you so be empathetic with out being overwhelmed so do the above, take time out to feel and then change the gear

    My emotional moments come randomly through out the day or when I’m triggered so it’s not easy to plan before hand on when to get emotional. I have borderline personality disorder and have mood swings and bad anger issues and can’t regulate my emotions. It’s all unpredictable. Plus Allah guides or talks to me through statues every single day and some trigger my mood further. I can’t prevent the statues as I get guided, warned or reminded about things daily.
