Aslm hope you are well.
I watched your recent video now about giving. Algamdulillah I do my share of giving, and alot as I am that person who loves to give and never expect anything in return.
This is my scenario that’s been going on for nearly a year.
what if, u help someone for sometime by, being there because this person has no one else, this person you think you are there to encourage Islamically, BUT you are neglecting your own wife and kids? They are not a priority for nearly a year? Spends most of the time with this person so that he isn’t lonely? What about your wife and kids? Pls can I get some advise on this. I was told when I asked who is there for me? I am extremely lonely most of my days and nights I am alone , my kids are here, but I am alone. I was told Allah swt is there for me, I know that, but is it selfish of me to seek time , affection, or just a hug when I need it from my husband? Am I that selfish? I was also told this.
