In today’s session, Haleh Banani, M.A. Clinical Psychology interviews Dr. Tahir Khwaja, a holistic psychiatrist who has also studied at Al-Qalam Islamic Seminary, “Healing Depression Without Medication: a psychiatrist’s guide to balancing mind, body, and soul.”
Dr. Tahir explains how nutrition and lifestyle, along with trama, impact many psychiatric issues and how he uses natural wholistic remedies when he works with his patients and uses medications as a last resort. Tune in for an exciting and thought-provoking discussion!
