Such great information ladies I love the tips especially the accountability partners and gradually swapping foods. And yes, your skin shows that you are living a healthy lifestyle. Have either of you tried Arbonne 30?
It sounds very similar idea to eating whole foods and eliminating foods that may be allergenic, acidic and addictive. I’m seeing similar results. I’d love to challenge you both to trying this with me.

To the sister who wrote in during the interview with the question about bloating and red meat. Allergies to red meat are rare but your body may be having a hard time digesting the red meat. I have a close family member experiencing the same. Protein digestion starts in the stomach and if there isn’t a sufficient acid level, then this will trigger a cascade of problems further south in the digestive process in the body, and one of these symptoms is the bloating you are experiencing. Again, an elimination diet to see how you feel excluding red meat from your diet will speak volumes. If you feel better without but still want to eat red meat, then consider trying grass-fed beef (instead of grain feed). You may have an easier time digesting it and will also reap the many other benefits that come with grass-fed beef. Hope that helps.
